Great vehicle! Better follow up needed. Vernon did a great job with the leasing of the vehicle and his knowledge and helpfulness were very good. We bought the car on April 4th and it is now May 10th and hitch just came in and hope to get installed Mon may 13th so we can tow our boat. We had to chase him down for information multiple times. Also my daughter called him Monday Apr 28th as she was in the market for a used car. He never called her back and as a result she bought a Hyundai Sonata at another dealership. Customer experience and keeping you word is important to our family. I love Martin dealership, have bought a couple of cars and have them serviced with outstanding results which is why I have a high level of trust in your dealership overall. Help Vernon by teaching him follow up is essential and expected by customers. I still believe in Martin Kia and will continue doing business as this is the first time we have ever had this happen at Martin. More

Vernon gre I wasn't expecting to purchase a car that Saturday...my curiosity was up over a 2020 KIA Soul Ex with a two-tone package I had seen online. Vernon greeted me as soon as I walked in having known me during my purchase of my 2016 Soul Plus. After showing me all the new safety features on the 2020 (and knowing how important those features would be to me), and even though I loved my 2016 Soul named Rudy...I succumbed to the 2020. I have no regrets. Vernon was supportive and kind as always, and Rick the money guy was great...so explanatory of details. I absolutely love my new Soul EX...so much so I called KIA Corporate to tell them about my positive experience at Martin. More

Refused warranty repair I dropped off my 2016 Kia Sorento for routine care and a warranty fix on a detached weatherstripping. They, 6 days later, told me the weatherstripping I dropped off my 2016 Kia Sorento for routine care and a warranty fix on a detached weatherstripping. They, 6 days later, told me the weatherstripping is not affecting the performance of the vehicle. Tell that to my family that hears the constant whistling. Then, they had the nerve to try and charge me for diagnosing NOTHING...the weatherstripping was pointed out upon arrival. Manager was rude and pointed to the service request claiming I had signed for NOTHING that was discusses with the service adviser. I was told not to buy my car there because their prices are high, but I just found out the real reason is uncaring, disinterested, ineffective, RUDE service. Never again. More
