They were fair and honest from the start. Tracy is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with (and I have a finance mgr and a dealership manager in my family. They both work for different companies. So it shows how well Tracy treated us.) Tracy really cares about his customers. I also have to give a shout out to Mark in finance. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. So I must say the reason I had to buy a car so soon was not fun (my car was totaled in an accident) but my experience at Martin was great. More
