Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and broke everything down so that I understood it. Plus I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything right away. I’m updating my review because Jordan promised me all weather mats in January when I purchased my car. It is now October and I’m still waiting. I have sent 4 emails and have not received one response. I was there a little over a month ago and he took my contact info again but still no follow up. I still think he is good at his job but I believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE and don’t appreciate being lied to. I changed it from 5 stars to 4 stars because you didn’t keep your word out follow up. More

Tried to set up appointment for first oil change over the phone.The lady told me three weeks my husband went online and scheduled for the same day. Then they reached out the next day and we explained what ha phone.The lady told me three weeks my husband went online and scheduled for the same day. Then they reached out the next day and we explained what happened.He said he looked at schedule and we got lucky because his scheduli also said three weeks.So went back on line and scheduled another appt for tomorrow and the next day .you guys are straight liars.doubt if they even changed oil.
