We were very disappointed with our experience at Martin Kia. It was difficult to communicate with our sales person. She did not know the car and couldn’t answer questions I had about it. I paid over MSRP y Kia. It was difficult to communicate with our sales person. She did not know the car and couldn’t answer questions I had about it. I paid over MSRP yet they did not offer a good deal for my trade. We never met a manager either of the times we were at the dealership. We had to wait a long time for the finance guy and were not told there would be an extra fee if we didn’t finance through Martin Kia. I’m happy with my car, but I would not recommend this dealership.
