Matt was excellent to work with! He took his time to show us all the important information on the car and answered all of our questions. Matt listened to what we wanted in a car was able to show us the car that fit our needs. The financing progress with xx (do not know his name white male, brown curly hair with glasses sat in the front office at Kia near the door) was a different story. As soon as we sat down he jumped right into the numbers in a way like he was talking down to us. When we asked what was the financing cost of the car per month (principal and interest, and financing rate) he proceeded to say why would you not want the warranty everyone should get the warranty. I quote, "you bought a Kia not a Honda. It is just a matter of time before you need this warranty." He would not take "no" for an answer and continued to talk to us like we did not understand financing or the warranties. We were not pleased that he did not layout the full picture and jumped right into financing cost with additional warranty costs, without disclosing the warranty costs and how expensive they are. This made us wonder how many people "bought" more than they really wanted and were "taken" by predatory and confusing presentation tactics by the financing department. We may never buy a car from Martin again due to the Finance department's pompous and belittling attitude. If it was not for the experience we just had with Matt we would have just walked out and went to a different dealership. We have purchased multiple cars from Martin and I would recommend you do more training with you finance department on how to talk and be respectful to a costumer. More

We purchased our new car from Dane who could not have been nicer, more professional or easy to work with. Would highly recommend him! Only negatives about the purchase experience were when we met with the finance person in his office and he would not take no for an answer on the after market products. Than , seemed to have an attitude when he realized we were not going to bend on our decision. 10 days after the purchase, we had a small issue with our backup camera and called service. A total FAIL. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and not helpful Am very concerned about how service will be handled down the line. More
