The dealer showroom was all new, comfortable, and well designed. Customer parking was tight but we found a space. The sales process from sales, to warranty, to finance was well coordinated and no pressu designed. Customer parking was tight but we found a space. In hindsight, I'm not sure that True Car, Edmonds or KBB may have given us an even better discount. When I raised this question with a Costco Auto Program representative, she said their discount may not be the best. However, Martin didn't speak to this point and I didn't ask so I may have left some money on the table. This would be the only short giving from the dealer side. Other than that, Vernon Sharper was totally transparent in showing us how he arrived at the final sales price. He started with the Invoice amount which was $447 below the MSRP Sticker price and then the Costco Discount of $1,000 was deducted. I would have thought the spread between Invoice and MSRP would be greater than $447 but I never asked to see the Invoice. The fact that Martin Kia could do all our tag work for FL was also a reason for using Martin Kia. All in all, we were pleased with my experience at Martin Kia. More
