After deciding on which vehicle I was interested in Melvin Evans helped me come up with a plan for finance and insuring my New Nissan with a contract for an extended warranty. Dan Barlow was very helpful as well answering any queries I had as to the operation of the vehicle and was an encouragement over-all. We had an appointment at the toyota dealer at 330pm on Sat to buy a new camry. We had only looked at an altima previously and we decided to test drive one before we went to toyota. at 2pm we stopped at Sat to buy a new camry. We had only looked at an altima previously and we decided to test drive one before we went to toyota. at 2pm we stopped at the nissan dealer and I let the salesman know that we were on our way to the Toyota shop to buy a camry and that he had just over an hour to change our mind. My wife recognised the salesman as someone she knows from work so the comfort level was very high. The altima was for my wife so Dan gave her a very detailed tour of the car and what her options were. They had the color she wanted and it was properly equipped to her liking. We test drove it and liked it alot. We had tested the camry the night before and she wanted to see it one more time before we bought the altima. We got back to marshalls at 445pm and drove away in the new altima by 6pm. The process was very smooth and i did not have to argue about trade in values or anything. They gave me what i wanted for my trade in. The financing dept gave me two options 0% and no rebate or 3.2% and 1500 off. I understand this very well, but my wife does not. He took the time to explain both options and show her why the 1500 off was the better option. This experience was easy and pleasant and we will buy again from them sometime in the future. The salesman even stopped by my wifes work to pick up the spare key and remote control we forgot to bring from our trade in. My wife has contacted Dan at least 2 or 3 times in the first 2 weeks to ask questions and he is happy to answer them. More

The dealership was unable to locate the vehicle with the general features desired, so they ordered it. Dan was diligent about following instructions, returning phone calls, and doing what he could to make sure the vehicle met my expectations - he even purchased 50% of an all weather mat out of his commission. The fact that the vehicle is getting lower fuel economy then the window sticker and I would NOT have purchased it if the actual fuel economy I'm currently getting was posted on the window, is not Dan's fault - but rather Nissan and the federal mileage posting regulations. Jeremy was very friendly and only showed me what I was looking for. There was no high pressure which I liked. This proved to me that Jeremy had a very good understanding of what good customer service is all about. When I finally decided what vehicle I was going to purchase I was given a price lower than I had decided I would pay.
