I had talked to a sales person on the phone, I believe it was Mandy, but she was busy with another buyer. So Alex Thacker stepped in and was great in assisting me with finding the vehicle I was looking for. I felt no pressure, as I already knew what I wanted. The vehicle color I wanted was not on the lot, so another employee started searching to find what I wanted. While waiting, I test drove a similar van and instantly fell in love with it. They found me a van in Nebraska, and said they would get it the next day, and by the day after, I had my vehicle. I am 100% satisfied with my 1st ever new vehicle purchase. Alex Thacker then took me step by step with setting up my phone, GPS, etc. Never was I made to feel like just a "woman" buyer. Definitely will refer my friends and family to this dealership team. He was understanding when I had to leave before completing everything. I came back after the weekend and finished the transaction. This is the first time I have ever went into a dealership and felt absolutely no pressure, he let me look without being right there on my back. I totally appreciate that. Jason started the paperwork and then Bruce came along when I returned and finished it up and even found an extra rebate that I qualified for which lowered the monthly payment almost $50.00 per month.
