The next day contacted them and they asked us to bring it in. So we did. After thinking a while decided that the vehicle was not going to be right for us do to the issue it was having. Went in and spoke with them and asked to get my old one back. They did not give me any issue with the request. The owner came up and spoke with me about the car that we had purchased. He was willing to make it right. So from start to finish it was a good experience. I will do business again. Not one detail was forgot about! For a while, I had known the day would come where I would have to trade in my beloved Jeep for a bigger vehicle (probably a truck). I had messaged Kr For a while, I had known the day would come where I would have to trade in my beloved Jeep for a bigger vehicle (probably a truck). I had messaged Kristen with my wants and needs with my new vehicle search. A couple options were sent my way and after some more conversation, she and I set up a time for me to meet with her at Marshall's. Upon pulling into the lot, I was greeted with a smile and knew Kristen was going to make sure I was taken care of to the fullest. We looked at a couple different truck options before a 1500 Dodge Ram caught my eye across the lot. I instantly fell in love. Test drove it, gathered input from others, etc. but before Kristen let me say a BIG yes to this beautiful truck, she had me sit in another just to keep my feet on the ground. She wanted me to be aware of all my options and I appreciated that. It was hard to get rid of my Jeep, that was my baby. However, Kristen helped me find a truck that had the same amount of awesomeness as my Jeep and I was given a good trade for it. I'd definitely recommend her to others in the market for a new vehicle. Everything she said she was going to do, she did. Not one detail was forgot about! More
