He followed up with me, emailed me more information, and reached back out a week or so later when they had more options in my price range. He was never pushy and was always very friendly. I don't mean the "professional friendly," but actually friendly, like we had known each other years. It was the best car-buying experience I ever had. Chris, and Jeremy made sure everything from the beginning to the end went smoothly, and Chris even followed up after I got my car to see how it was working for me! I would definitely go back to them, and I'm sending everyone I know there! More

Total Disappointment Length of time for service - I called the day before to see how long it would take for the service. They said one hour for the two issues we had. When we arrived, we were told at least two hours. 3 1/2 hours later they told us they were done with the first issue. Regarding the second issue, they said it would take 1.5 hours if we approved of them doing. We approved the service. Four hours later, the second issue was resolved. Poor Customer Service - When we arrived, we were not welcomed. It was very evident that we were a burden to them. They stated they were short staffed. We asked for a loaner car as we were from out of town. They acted like that was a bother but said they would check and for us to have a seat in the waiting area. 1 hour later we still had no one tell us if there was a loaner available. We asked again and was given a loaner. No where along the 7.5 hours waiting did they give us an update, except when they asked if we wanted them to proceed with fixing the second issue. When we called in to see if the car was done (2 different times), we waited on the line both times. They finally took our number so they could call us back. Jackie in the service department was the only person that smiled and spoke to us in a pleasant tone. More
