Rick was very friendly and listened to all I had to request in a new truck. He walked with me straight to the two closest matching trucks on the lot and offered to let me drive either, or both. I had requested a rear camera and Rick was more than happy to run through the dealership confirming that it could be added, then coordinating installation. There was no huge back and forth on pricing, they offered, I counter-offered, we all walked away happy.
