Outstanding I went to Marshall's motors looking for an SUV/Crossover, as I have only had 2 door cars with very little space. The Marshall's team did everything that they could to try to get me into what I was looking for unfortunately I couldn't get approved for a loan big enough for an SUV. So, the marshalls team went back on the hunt for me and was able to figure out the deal of a lifetime for me, and they're understanding of the car buying experience and the importance of the customer service to them makes them the absolute best team in the market. They were able to get me through on a loan on a brand new Nissian Versa 2016 with only 20 miles on the car when I drove off the lot. My space problem was solved. I had no idea how much space was in this 2016 Versa, so it was able to compensate on my needed space. I absoulely love my new car, HANDS DOWN. THEY ARE WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, and you're not just a another of the million people looking for a new car. Great team and easy to work with. Josh was able to put my wife in a very nice Charger at a great price as well as finding me a Ram/Cummins set up that fit what I was looking for. In all I spent perhaps an hour inside the dealership of which was a very comfortable experience. Bruce had the paperwork/files ready to go, and had the vehicles cleaned before we took possession. Jeremy in finance went to great lengths to find us the best financing option, and when we sat down to finish signing the paperwork he was very candid on what we needed or did not need. Josh was then there to walk us around and through the vehicles and the options they came with and answered all questions. Most importantly, throughout any stage we never felt like we were being oversold, or forced into a deal. We would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop at Marshall first. Will work hard to find what you are looking for. Wayne did a great job of answering questions on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, going on many test drives until we found what we wanted.
