This new grandma needed to trade in her Mustang for something safer on the road (especially in the winter) and more convenient. I probably didn't need the off road capability but I feel the Trailhawk will help keep me on the road! It is also a fun vehicle to drive. . Very Pleased! Since this is the last year they are offering the T&C, we were on a fast track to find one with the options we wanted. We searched for both used and new within a several state radius and found just what we were looking for at Marshall Motors, over 600 miles away! Chris worked with us over the phone and internet to help us secure the deal, which, with incentives and rebates, was several thousand dollars cheaper than anywhere else we checked! Chris was willing to meet us halfway to deliver the van, but when we couldn't come up with a time that worked for us both, he and his wife made the 600+ mile trek to deliver the van to our front door! Wow, that goes way beyond any experience we have ever had with any dealership or sales person! More
