Don't buy used! They will not: check the fluids or change the oil before selling it to you, answer any questions, or treat you like a decent human being. They will: sell you a hunk of crap that falls apart as soon as you drive it off the lot, treat you like crap, and blow smoke up your butt. They also won't put two drops of gas in the tank, leaving you to worry you won't make it to the nearest gas station a mile away. I've bought other used cars from other lots and they treated me no different than they would have if I had bought new -- including fresh oil and filling the gas tank. So now I have to take the vehicle to my mechanic to have the oil changed and get the half-dozen or so lifts checked out that conveniently popped on when we drove it off the lot (but weren't on when we test drive it). We aren't sure the work will be adequate at Marshalls. The sales manager couldn't be bothered to talk to us. He sent a sales guy who clearly found it beneath him to talk to someone who had bought a used vehicle instead of new. When it comes time to buy a brand new car (2 or so years down the road) to replace a different existing vehicle, we will be going to the Nissan dealership in Wichita to avoid dealing with Marshalls again. You will probably be treated well if you buy new...maybe...but definitely don't buy used from this lot! More
