Robin was outside waiting for customers and it was freezing weather. He took us immediately to see what you had to offer. He knew the used cars and was very informative. We took a test drive. After we had decided on a car he took us into a warm building. Here we waited for a bit while he completed the paper work. We were then taken into Doug Lund who was an expert at his job. He never did get rattled with all the papers that had to be signed. He was very informative. Both guys were a credit to your company. We don't remember the names of the girls at the front desk. They, also, knew their jobs and were very customer oriented. You must do a good job at interviewing prospective employees then do a good job at training them! Why do we need an account. We are cash people. We went to this dealership because Kent has his Avalon serviced there and is pleased with the service department. More

buying a car due to need,not desire adds a little bit of pressure to the whole process. in our search for a replacement car after an accident, we drove by mark miller Toyota on our way to look at something pressure to the whole process. in our search for a replacement car after an accident, we drove by mark miller Toyota on our way to look at something just down the road. spotting one on the lot, we pulled in to just "look" assuming that being a dealer we could expect high prices and even higher pressure from the sales staff. we came away with not only a new (used) car but a new attitude, at least about this dealership. our salesman, Jamie, was very friendly and helpful. he was able to answer all of our questions without pushing. every employee we dealt with or had any contact was just as helpful and friendly. we would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone looking for a great buying experience. Excellent customer service. These guys where very patient with my inability to decide what I wanted to do. The first day I was there they spent hours talking to me and helping me work it all out, in patient with my inability to decide what I wanted to do. The first day I was there they spent hours talking to me and helping me work it all out, in the end I left with no car because I couldn't make up m mind. When I returned I didn't get a o-no not her again attitude. They helped me out and again answered all my questions I had asked the first time!! I ended up leaving happy. They best part was these guys didn't act like sales guys they acted like they where there to answer all my silly questions, it really made buying a car less stressful. Ed and TJ both helped me an had smiles on their faces the whole time. I don't remember the name of the financial guy who helped me but he was awesome. He really made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed it. He was very patient with me when I had to search to find answers I didn't know. I liked that he wasn't just like here sign this because I said you should. Overall Excellent car buying experience. More

More than met our expectations with no pressure and was willing to assist us at every step of the sell/buy process. We came in to see what we would like to get and much to our surprise we were able to clo willing to assist us at every step of the sell/buy process. We came in to see what we would like to get and much to our surprise we were able to close the deal on selling our car and driving out with our awesome 2011 Camry. TJ was our salesperson and called before we came to see if we had picked out any other cars to look at from their website, and see if we had any questions before we arrived. He had also researched the cars we had picked out to test which was wonderful. When we talked about accessories with Jonathan he was very straight forward with costs and availability. And was able to research the questions he didn't have the answers to right off. John was our finance/Utah paperwork guy - and was charming from start to finish. We didn't finance with Mark Miller Toyota but there seemed to be reams of papers that Utah required, each with a signature of course. We are reccomending Mark Miller Toyota to our friends and family and should we need another car will be happy to come back. More
I submitted a trade in value on Auto trader, within about a day Ken called to let me know what he could do for me and some cars he had on the lot that i might like. I was mostly impressed with Ken's knowledge of Toyota's and his patience with me ( my wife and I are very picky and I even brought my 6 and 2 year old). For the most part the vehicles seemed pretty close to price to sell which is comforting because you knew that games weren't being played. There were plenty of certified toyotas whcih was a must. Randy, Ken's manager was great to wrok with along with Doug to finalize the financing and docs. I would go back. More
I recently began looking for a new car to replace the current car I was driving at the time. I had visited Mark Miller Toyota before and always had a great experience. My most recent purchase went better than expected from the price they gave me for my trade in to the purchase price of my new vehicle. My overall experience of this visit was just as good as all the other trips to this dealer, they are great people and I would recommend them to anyone! This was our first stop in researching a new truck purchase. It was snowing, so we didn't think anyone would be out to answer any questions, but Jamie was right out! We looked at a few new trucks, but didn't find anything that was quite what we wanted. Jamie knew about one that had just come in, that would be a great fit for us, it just needed to be cleaned up. After looking at it and giving it a test drive, we bought it! We're still waiting to take delivery (apparently Saturdays are a busy day for their detailing shop), but hope it will be soon and all will be well. All this from us just coming in to "look around" Thanks Jamie! More

I've been doing business for several years now and in fact bought my 2010 Tundra from Mark Miller. I don't even remember the name of the salesman I bought it from then, but he had an office across the street. I never dreamed and certainly never expected this awesome business relationship that has grown. I've been working with Bruce Belliston for several years now and he's the perfect Service Advisor. His communication skills are exceptional. He shows tremendous respect for his customers and his fellow working peers. He seems to really ENJOY his job and that's 9/10 of life's daily grind, to be satisfied with your job, your employer and those fellow employees whom you work with. This type of personal character and work ethic never goes unnoticed by reasonable and responsible customers. Bruce & Mark Miller take care of my 05 Prius and 10 Tundra. No one else touches them regardless of the cost because it's about people more than money. I don't know how Bruce does all the things he does and keeps it all straight, but he's great. The Tech's are very competent and I feel very comfortable putting my vehicles in their hands. The girls behind the counter who take the funds are very courteous and helpful. But the most striking thing about Mark Miller is their GENUINENESS! I've probably been the happiest customer since I took my business to Mark Miller. They now have ALL my vehicle business and have had for some time now. Others, even those other local Toyota Dealers, may never reach this high of customer care. Mark Miller has set what may be to this customer an UNATTAINABLE STANDARD of Customer Care. There is a lot to be said for GENUINE CARE versus going through the motions in the name of a buck. The GENUINE ones get the repeat business!!!! Two things I feel very strong about: 1.) I will always own Toyota's and 2.) Mark Miller will sell and maintain them for me. More
