Lee Morin was amazing. I could tell he really cared that I got the right vehicle and I never once felt pressured to make a quick purchase. He was extremely helpful even with my situation being different and I got the right vehicle and I never once felt pressured to make a quick purchase. He was extremely helpful even with my situation being different and I would recommend anyone to him… even if I hadn’t bought a car from him. Doug Lund was great. I have to really think through stuff before making decisions and he was very patient with me. With how great Lee was, I would recommend anyone to this dealership. I had gone to another Toyota dealership and didn’t have a great experience. At this dealership it was like night and day. Even if the person wasn’t looking for a Toyota, I would still recommend them to come here. More
I ordered a new vehicle, waited nearly three months for it to arrive and when it did finally show up the paint on the front bumper had cosmetic issues (from the factory). Rather than wait to have it refini it to arrive and when it did finally show up the paint on the front bumper had cosmetic issues (from the factory). Rather than wait to have it refinished, the dealer pulled the new parts from anther new vehicle on the lot and had me in and out in record time. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. Pricing was the best in the valley, the sales people were very low pressure and the customer service was top notch. I will not buy a car from another dealer, ever. More
I am an environmentalist and a financial consultant, and I am demanding and picky. Walking into a car dealership, I bring with me a mountain of research and high expectaions, on many levels. I am looking fo I am demanding and picky. Walking into a car dealership, I bring with me a mountain of research and high expectaions, on many levels. I am looking for financial and environmental value over the long run. That is why I am very pleased with Mark Miller Toyota. They walk the walk of value---from the LEED certified building to the best engineered hybrid on the road---the Prius. I just bought a Prius and I love it. I was very pleased with the high product knowledge of the employees (a rare thing in the sales force of any business), the professional treatment by Derek Roy (the salesman---he strikes me of an anthroplogist, which is a compliment), and the legendary Toyota lean manufacturing and mistake-proofing. This Prius is my first Toyota and my first purchase from Mark Miller. But it will not be my last. I too want to walk the walk of financial and enviromental value, like Mark Miller Toyota. More
I was stranded by a broken drive belt right at the end of the day when all the tech's are headed home. We found a belt at Toyota of Bountiful and the parts rep agreed to bring it down on the way home. One of the day when all the tech's are headed home. As a recent transplant to the Salt Lake area from Memphis, we needed to get into a car more suitable for the winters here. We considered and evaluated four different car makes/dealerships. We were Memphis, we needed to get into a car more suitable for the winters here. We considered and evaluated four different car makes/dealerships. We were pleased with the welcoming, non-pressure atmosphere encountered at Mark Miller, and the friendly and knowledgable sales executive that helped us. Kenneth Shaw answered all of our questions fairly, pointing out objectively the differences between our alternatives. He stressed the importance of followup/service/strength of the dealership as one of the big advantages of working with Mark Miller Toyota. Mr. Shaw also did a great job in showing us the service areas and explaining to us each employees commitment to providing the quality service we were looking for. That walk through played a role in our final buying decision. We were given a fair value for our trade-in. Our new car was presented to us exactly as promised, immaculately clean, with a full tank of gas. We were provided a complete orientation on the car features (including our Bluetooth programming) when we picked our car up. Since our purchase one week ago, we have had a communications from the Service Department, the Customer Relations Department, as well as a letter from Mark Miller himself - in which he gave us his personal cell phone number (and invitation to call him with any issue that might come up in the future.) This was an exceptional and pleasant car buying experience. More
Mark Miller Toyota is a beautiful dealership with fantastic amenities, but those thing don't mean much when someone at the dealership says words that sound great and doesn't back it up. We have purchased five cars from Mark Miller over the past several years. A primary reason for returning to purchase another car is the exceptional service department. Thkeky are great at diagnosing pr past several years. A primary reason for returning to purchase another car is the exceptional service department. Thkeky are great at diagnosing problems and repairing any item well within the promised time. Particular noteworthy is the fact that, on more than one occasion, they reviewed my car's history and told me I did not need an oil change until I had driven another 1,000 miles! I have no hesitancy in having my wife take her car in for service as I know she will be treated fairly (and with respect.) It is so great to have a service department that is efficient and trustworthy. Royce Moser, Jr. More

I have purchased 10 plus Toyotas from thid dealership in the last 10-12 years, always with the same salesperson. It has been reasonably easy to deal with them in the past, and I always had the same salesman the last 10-12 years, always with the same salesperson. It has been reasonably easy to deal with them in the past, and I always had the same salesman; Rob Beveridge. When I went in they told me Rob was no longer in the business and they would get me a seasoned salesman to assist the purchase. (they lied on both counts, but more on that later) In the past I have simply called Rob and told him what I wanted and it was handled smoothly and easily, mostly over the phone. This time was a different experience! They "assigned" me to a SP who had very limited sales experience, and who knew nothing about the 4runner. He kept looking for a V8 that apparently isnt made anymore. He insisted that they had one on the lot and would find it. He was gone for a very long time before he came back and said it wasn't available at the moment, but that the 6 cylinder was just as good at towing and power as the V8. He claimed one could be ordered if I wanted to wait 6-8 weeks, but that it would be better to simply take the V6. I later found out that the V8 isnt even made anymore. At this point I was ready to leave and check another dealer. Randy came up and tried to tell me once again that a V8 could be ordered. I asked again about Rob and he claimed he had retired. He said that he had tried to get a more experienced sales person, but that none was available. He said that they were concerned with customer service and they would do what it took to find the V8. Apparently Randy didn't know they didn't produce the 4runner that way anymore either! So much for a seasoned proffessional when the "manager" didnt even know his own product! Needless to say I left Mark Miller and tried two other dealers. One was a similar experience, but the second was an eye-opener! I went to the new Toyota Bountiful, and was greeted by none other than the "retired" Rob Beveridge! Randy had flat out lied to me! I would recommend passing on this dealership as they are no longer the dealership they used to be. Typical story telling me whatever it took to make a deal! I had a great experience with Rob once again, and was delighted to discover him still selling Toyotas! I know that my company will be doing business up north from now on! I love the 4runner, and Rob was as knowledgable as ever. The first thing he confirmed was it was no longer available in a V8. He was head and shoulders above the guy at Mark Miller. MArk Miller lost a huge asset by letting Rob get away! All I wanted was service, but Mark Miller fell flat. More
