I've had a mix of excellent and very poor experiences with this company. My most recent experience with them was excellent! Once they figured out that the problem with the car was a very rare and very expensive problem, they took the time to contact my car's auto maker and were able to get them to pay for and provide free of charge the part that was not working. My car was in great working condition within the same day. Their prices tend to be reasonable overall as long as you don't let them talk you into fixing every little problem they can find. They're pretty efficient with their work. More

I recently bought a Prius C from Mark Miller Toyota. I would recomment anyone looking to purchase a car go to them! Than on a saturday after I had my car for about a month, I was on the freeway and I accidently hit a button and the MPH changed to KPH. I am not sure how it happened but I was not sure how fast so we got out the book and I couldn't find how to change it back, probably not because it wasn't in there but more than likely because I was panicing. So I called the dealership and the girl that answered didn't know but she took the time to find someone who could help me and did not give up until she figured it out. I can honestly say this is the first time I ever had a great car buying experience. Plus my car is awesome! More

I recently shopped for vehicles at two Toyota dealerships. Mark Miller was easily the best to work with. I bought a new Corolla from Mark Miller Toyota in 1992 and I finally wore it out this year (after more than 404,000 miles). I wanted another new Corolla and, although Mark Miller Toyota is not the closest and I finally wore it out this year (after more than 404,000 miles). I wanted another new Corolla and, although Mark Miller Toyota is not the closest Toyota dealership, I chose them because I was able to find exactly what I wanted there. I got a brand new 2011 (a closeout) with Toyota’s 0% financing... exactly what I wanted. I was able to do most of the deal on the telephone with salesman Scott Layton. The next day I went to the dealership and signed the papers. My new car was waiting for me. Simple and straightforward. I hope I can go another 19-and-a-half years before I need another Corolla and I’ll be happy to contact Mark Miller Toyota when that happens. More

I had a great experience at Mark Miller Toyota. Jason Jones gave me a lot of personal attention and was accommodating toward my schedule (I was consulting with someone out of state). We went to Mark Miller Toyota to talk to the sales department to see what they could do to meet our needs. The sales person worked with us to find the right vehicle for us.
