I came to the dealership a little edgy because I had such a poor experience shopping at another Toyota dealer in the area. It did not take long for me to settle down a little when i realized that it was not a poor experience shopping at another Toyota dealer in the area. It did not take long for me to settle down a little when i realized that it was not going to be the high pressure experience i had just endured. I bought the Toyota Tundra in the color i wanted with the options that i wanted,that the other dealer said did not exist closer than a dealer in Washington State. I was even more pleased when I went to pickup my plates that Mark Miller himself came to me and asked how the dealership (we) had taken care of me.
