I had never heard of Mark Miller Toyota before the Costco Auto program pointed me toward them. Mark Peck and his team were amazing! I have never enjoyed a car buying experience before. I used to think buying a car was supposed to be like a tug-o-war, with someone winning and someone losing.This was NOTHING like that. It was pleasant, friendly, honest, and frankly enjoyable. To my surprise, we found a higher model at a price that nobody else offere, so needless to say we bought the upper line model!! We had a bad experience at Tony DeVino, so i was a little nervous about making the trip to your Dealership. The sales team and the finance team were very helpful. I purchased my car 2 weeks and they have called me a couple of times to make sure we still like the car and to see if we need anything else. When I called into this Toyota dealership, I received a recall from the company about a specific part in the car that needed to be fixed and they were able to schedule me for the same day! That was really convenient because Monday was my only day off. Not only were they friendly, but they also had a shuttle that dropped me off at home and picked me up when the service was done so I wouldn't have to wait 7 hours at the dealership. That made me so happy because I felt like I didn't waste the day. More
From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated well. The sales associated was very pateint, helpful and freindly. We ordered a Toyota Tundra in late May 2012 and received it on August 3rd for purchas Mark Miller Toyota!!! Mark is the true professional employee. My Rav 4 is the second I've puchased from Roger Wright. The first was a highlander. I'm now considering something to tow my boat. Yes, I will definitely be working with Roger. He is the ultimate professional and my experiences with the service department have been outstanding. I love that he actually listens to what I have to say instead of being super glib and turning every sentence into a sales pitch. He listens, asks questions then answers. If he doesn't know the answer (rare) he gets it. I won't name the other dealership I tried to work with before I found Mark Miller and Roger but it was a horrible experience. They used the good guy bad guy method. I walked out. None of that nonsense with Mark Miller snd Roger. They treat you right. More
I've been a customer of Mark Miller Toyota since March 2006. I've purchased three Tacoma Double Cab trucks from them--2006, 2011 and 2012. Despite having moved to Provo, UT in 2008 and having to drive p 2006. I've purchased three Tacoma Double Cab trucks from them--2006, 2011 and 2012. Despite having moved to Provo, UT in 2008 and having to drive past three other Toyota dealerships along the way, I continue to return to Mark Miller Toyota to buy and service my vehicles because I think they are honest, respectful, knowledgeable and fair. I had the BEST experience at Mark Miller Toyota. I went in looking at two different cars and they made sure I knew every bit of detail about both cars, financing, etc. I felt no pressure to buy either car. in looking at two different cars and they made sure I knew every bit of detail about both cars, financing, etc. I felt no pressure to buy either car. They made me feel like it was completely 100% my choice. They didn't push me towards either one. I ended up going with a 2012 Corolla which had to be ordered in. They made sure to find me the one I wanted that would get here the quickest. When my car finally arrived they made sure that I knew about every button and feature (they even made sure the Blue Tooth worked and I knew how to make a phone call and play my music from the radio). I would recommend Mark Miller Toyota to everyone!!! More
The sales department and customer service is great in Mark Miller. I recently bought a used Camry there and wanted to exchange it for a new Corolla two days later. The sales person is very helpful answering my questions. After a week I had a flat tire (from nails). I went to Mark Miller, and they change a new tire for free while changing a flat tire is not in the warranty. I'm pretty happy with that. More
