I visited Mark Miller Toyota to have my 4Runner serviced. I purchased my vehicle from Mark Miller several years ago. I received advice from another mechanic that I needed to have my shocks, struts, and cv bo I purchased my vehicle from Mark Miller several years ago. I received advice from another mechanic that I needed to have my shocks, struts, and cv boots replaced, along with the timing belt and water pump. Needless to say, all of these repairs would have been very expensive! Per Toyota guidelines, I decided to have the timing belt and water pump replaced at the dealership and I asked for a second opinion on the rest. I was advised at the dealership that the shocks and struts were just fine and the cv boots only needed to be re-clamped. This news saved me well over $700 and I did not have needless repairs done to my vehicle. I was very pleased at the service I received and fair way I was treated while I was there. I also appreciated that I was provided a "loaner" vehicle while my car was being serviced and my car had been put through a carwash before I picked it up. I will definitely be back! More
I bought my Celeca in 2000 and my Tundra in 2008 at this dealership, I've had all my service done there on both vehicles even though I live in Evanston, Wy, 80 miles away. At the time of this latest purchase I was under tremendous stress from a recent death in my family. They were so kind, helpful, and compassionate. I had a wonderful experience because everyone in the service department seems to be unified. Everyone seemed to be on the same page and knew what was going on with my Camry. After the simple oil change service department seems to be unified. Everyone seemed to be on the same page and knew what was going on with my Camry. After the simple oil change they gave me a free car wash and vacuum! Everyone was very involved in my oil change and wanted to make sure I was happy; I could feel that. They also price-matched another dealership who had a slightly cheaper oil change rate. I can tell they wanted to keep me as a customer! More

This is by far THE BEST service experience I've had at a dealership. I took my car in to get a recall service fixed and while I was getting it fixed I asked to get a few quotes and they got me the quot at a dealership. Generally speaking, I'd rather have a root canal done than go through the horror of buying a car. When I hear that line, "What's it going to take to get you into this car today," from a salesman, I just than go through the horror of buying a car. And then when he says he'll be back in a minute and disappears into a secret room somewhere where the real deal maker lives, and comes back with the next phase of negotiation, I feel like I want to scream and run. I made the decision to trade in my gas guzzling truck for a lower car payment and better gas economy several months ago, and I did a fare amount of research on potential models and dealerships. I looked at and drove a number of hybrids as that's what I was most interested in, and finally decided on the a Prius C. It was time to find the right dealership and go through the painful purchasing process. I checked out four Toyota dealerships and either called or stopped in to check out their inventory. The Costco car buying program directed me to Mark Miller Toyota. That's where I met Roger. Roger was so low pressure...so non threatening. I gave him the form Costco had given me. We sat down and he walked me through the numbers...that was it...no haggling....no pressure...I felt like he was truly working for me, NOT for himself. I didn't buy the car on that visit...or the next, but every time I went in there, Roger made me feel at ease. I can honestly say I have never had a better car buying experience than I did at Mark Miller Toyota. From the finance guy, to the accessory guy, to Julian who got me a loaner car while they installed my window tinting and door moldings, I felt like a valued customer, not a guy walking dollar sign. And when I returned the loaner and left my cell phone in it, Julian bent over backwards the next day to hunt it down for me. Would I recommend Mark Miller Toyota....ABSOLUTELY! More
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mark Miller Toyota. The staff is fantastic and their level of customer service is unmatched. Jason listened to my needs and showed me several Certified Use Vehicles that matched my price range. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at and I really appreciated his professionalism. Jason and the finance staff worked with me on the trade of my old vehicle and I was able to purchase the Venza for the right price. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Mark Miller Toyota in the future and extremely happy with my new Venza.
