I've been servicing my cars (several over the years, four of which were purchased) at Mark Miller since 1984, and although they've changed locations (moved across the street to a really nice space), the four of which were purchased) at Mark Miller since 1984, and although they've changed locations (moved across the street to a really nice space), the service and sales people have always been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient. Most recently, I've been bringing by my 2005 Prius for a 'top off' of oil. I purchased it new at Mark Miller, and due to work, have put 150K+ miles on it. As I've noticed on Google, some Prius cars burn oil after the 150K mark, and mine (unfortunately) is one. I'm not ready to trade it in, and when the quick-service guys mentioned that I could bring it by and they'd check the oil and top it off, I was amazed. I feel a bit foolish, taking their time to do this every two weeks or so, but they've never made me feel like it's a problem. In fact, they've also offered to wash my car while I wait in the nearby client room with coffee in hand! I'd HIGHLY refer these people and this dealer to anyone! More
