These guys are great. We purchased the vehicle here and it's been a complete pleasure bringing it back each time for service. I gave this an "OK" rating just because that was how our service experience went. I didn't feel like they did anything wrong, I just didn't feel over excited about my service either. I wouldn't not refer, but I just wasn't "wowed." We felt like our salesman was not willing to really work out a good deal with us. We bought the car cause its what we wanted, not because we had an amazing deal. Honestly, we paid more than it booked at (which is typical at a dealer). They did agree to do some repairs on our car as part of the "deal" like do touch-ups and fix some things. When I scheduled my appointment to get the repairs done they said it would take about 2-3 hours. I borrowed a car from them to take my two toddlers around so we didn't have to wait in the shop. I was then told when I arrived that it was going to be overnight. The service guy I worked with was just in a routine and at the time, my son was having a tantrum...instead of the service guy waiting for me to calm my child, he just talked over him and continued his routine as if he was talking to a wall. I only heard part of what he said and felt rushed to get my kids loaded into another car. It would have been nice for him to say, "I can wait until he is ok. Go ahead and do what you need to do." Or "Can I get him something?" I felt like he was cordial, but again, just very in a routine he didn't want to break, which was frustrating. My husband went back to pick up the car and the scratches weren't buffed out like they said they'd do and instead was just painted over. He did speak with Mark "Mack" who was extremely nice and willing to help. However, we just were sick of driving an hour each way to get help. I have had fabulous customer service other places and this just wasn't one of those times. I wish we would've waited to find a better deal, but we were just sick of looking by that time and we paid for it. I am sure they are great to work with if you buy a brand new car, but we bought a used one. I could really see the difference between how customers were treated who bought a new car vs. us, who bought a used one. More
My sales associate, Robin, is wonderful: very friendly and courteous. The accessories associate and the financing associate I worked with were both very nice and helpful. The only thing that was slightly off-putting was a conversation had between three men behind me while I sat in the showroom waiting for paperwork to be processed. It appeared as though one of the men was a sales associate, but I am uncertain about the other two men. The conversation was generally benign until I caught the tail end of a comment that seemed to be denigrating to women. Had that line of conversation continued I would have spoken up myself, but they quickly changed the topic. If a sales associate was, in fact, involved, he should be careful about conversation in front of customers. More

I felt respected and well treated. Ken was honest and helpful. Even staying late to answer our questions. Although the price on the trade was a little low, I felt the deal we made suited my needs. I visited Mark Miller Toyota to have my tundra serviced. The people in the service department were very friendly and quick to respond to my needs. He didn't push us into making a buy, He just helped us with options. We ended up buying a 2010 Highlander. So fare everything has been great. More

The service that I got at mark miller went above and beyond my expectations. I thought the prices would be expensive but was surprised to find out that all services were competitively priced. I was very grateful to have Julian be my service person. He had a driver drop me off at work so that I wouldn't be late. He even had someone come pick me up in order to get my car, I only work a few blocks away but it stared to rain as I was going to walk over to get my car. I will definitely be going back to have other services done on my car. More
We were driving cross country when we noticed we needed an oil change. We called from our hotel and told we could come to the express center. The car was serviced immediately and very efficiently while we sat in the very spacious, clean and warm "cafe" area, where they served complimentary drinks and cookies. The whole experience was remarkable. Everyone we spoke with was both warm and professional. We were in and out in about 30 minutes! If we lived in Salt Lake City, you would be our dealer.
