Kevin Austin was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the auto and sales process. He was also the friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. My wife and I had tried other dealer about all aspects of the auto and sales process. He was also the friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. Most of the used cars at the other dealer had no price listed on them and the salesperson just wanted to play the old worn out game of making you wait. I know that game, because I sold cars back in the late ‘70’s. At Mark Miller Toyota everything was up front and we were in and out with a great car at a great price in about 2 hours. It could have been less but we were undecided on autos. The dealership was spotless and all of the sales people seemed to be happy and friendly instead of sitting around like a bunch of hawks waiting for the kill. You can always tell a well-run business by observing the employees. I would not even think of shopping at another dealer for my next car. I have never had such a great experience when buying a car from a dealership! The employees were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure my 5 year old son was busy with games and snacks. While waiting in their clean and comfortable waiting area, (enjoying a complimentary soft drink), a service writer approached each person waiting and asked if we would like an update on the status of our vehicle. The addition of the Express Lube bays has greatly reduced the wait time for routine maintenance; oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This is a great improvement over other dealerships that put your vehicle in their service queue. The price quoted has always been what I have paid after the work is completed. I was so impressed with the overall service experience, I had to let the service manager know what an outstanding job his technicians are doing.
