This was my first time buying a new car and Jason and Kyle made my whole experience fun, exciting, and such an easy process. They gave me a good deal, helped me get a loan, and I never felt like anyone was trying to rip me off. Every time I show up to the dealership Jason and Kyle go out of there way to greet me and offer to help me with whatever I need. Julian was also amazing when I got my windows tinted and when I had a problem I needed help with. The service at this Toyota dealership is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone seeking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
I read great Mark Miller reviews on google.com, so it isn't too surprising that my spouse and I had a great experience there too. Friday last week we had a long, tedious car-shopping experience. Both of us were pretty burned out, and we weren't going to let any sales people push us around! We went to Mark Miller to look at one specific car. Little did we know that our Mark Miller experience would drastically change our perception of car-shopping and car sales representatives. We got out of the car and were kindly and gently greeted by Robin--"Rob"--Gattis. He was helpful and welcoming. He walked with us to the used car section and, after a short wait, grabbed the car we wanted to inspect. The car, a 2011 Nissan Altima, was in great condition and Rob offered us a test drive. At first my spouse and I focused on striking a deal for the car--just cut straight to the chase and avoid the agonizing salesperson experience we expected. I soon caught on that Rob actually cared about us and wanted to get to know us. It's not essential for a salesperson to do this--they're there to sell cars--but it's a nice gesture, and we appreciated it. After driving the car we came back and decided to see if we could make a deal. What I like a lot about how Rob handled the situation was he actually was trying to work with us. I can say that he's an honest person that was looking for a win-win situation. A few times he allowed my spouse and I to privately convene and discuss how we felt the negotiation process was going. He gave us ample time to do that. Another thing I liked about the negotiation was he showed us different payment options with varying amounts of money down, different financing time horizons, and our interest rate. I cannot say other dealerships are as forthright! Since within 350 miles Mark Miller already had the most competitively priced vehicle we were seeking to get, Rob could only knock the price down so much, but he was neither defensive nor antagonistic. Eventually, Mark Peck, a sales manager, came over and helped us out. At other dealerships, you've probably experienced multiple sales people effectively "tag team" to corner you into making a one-sided deal in their favor. That was not the case with Mark and Rob. Mark provided help beyond Rob's capabilities, and we eventually made a deal that was very generous on Mark Miller's part. Rob was really helpful when we were filling out paperwork too. While filling out paperwork we learned that Rob had no prior car sales experience before arriving at Mark Miller. That combined with his nice personality, and intellect--he's a PhD candidate after all--make him a top notch sales person. John, a manager in the finance department, was also kind, helpful, and informative when we filled out the final paperwork. In total, we probably spent about 3.5 hours at the dealership, and all the time was actually productive! We are very satisfied with our experience at Mark Miller Toyota. They've restored our confidence in car-shopping at the right dealerships. I can whole heartedly say that the people with whom we interacted really cared about us and they sought to go the extra mile. I already recommended that my parents tell their Utah friends about Mark Miller Toyota. We began leasing our 2011 Toyota Sienna about 2 and a half years ago. It is our first time leasing and we have been perfectly happy with it. They have a very comfortable waiting area, equipped with fun stuff for my kids and complimentary beverages. We feel utterly spoiled ever time we go. I was visiting Park City from Southern California having driven up in my Prius. I've had the Prius in the SLC area in winter before but it seemed to me the battery was draining way too rapidly. I was planning to drive home (750 miles) the next day and was concerned). I called Mark Miller Toyota to discuss my concern and hopefully make an appointment to come in. Ms. Bailyey took the time to discuss my issue over the phone and even consulted with her in-house expert. Although she provided a reasonable explanation for my concerns and suggested I did not need to have the car inspected she was williing to and did make and appointment at my request for later the same day. I brought the car in and was very pleasantly suprised with the facility. Ms. Bailey had the car inspected and the results were as she suspected, everything was fine. In the course of our conversation she acknowledged that my "peace of mind" was a valid and important reason to have the inspection. Additionally, she provided me with valuable insights on another issue I have been having with the car related to the Nav unit. If were living in the area, I would make Mark Miller my source for service for both of my Toyotas. They treated me with respect, concern, knowledge, and common sense. More
