As part of our Toyota Care on our new Camry (2012) we took our car back to Mark Miller Toyota to be serviced during a quick trip to SLC. They were so fast! We called ahead to see how stacked up they were and they estimated it would take us under an hour so we decided to go. They were done in about 30 minutes actually, and followed-up with a detailed description of what services were done, what services will need to be done on our next visit, and also very helpful explanations of each item needing attention. In the meantime we had very comfortable accommodations while we waited with a gratis snack bar - totally enjoyable. Their shop is state-of-the-art and completely clean. I keep joking with my wife that I want to buy a new car simply so I can have another opportunity to work with Mark Miller Toyota again. Can't recommend a dealership to work with more highly than Mark Miller. From sales to service we have been really surprised and happy. More

I called ahead with the type of vehicle I was looking for and Kerry had several lined up for me to look at and drive. The used car manager was quick to fix the little things we requested without question. and Kerry had several lined up for me to look at and drive. The finance manager found a lower interest rate for me than the one my own bank offered, which was awesome as well! They have checked back with me several times to be sure all is well. I went to Mark Miller because I knew someone that works there. It wasn't my first place I had went to because there was a closer Toyota dealer closer to where I live. After we talked to my buddy and he ended up saying what he had and he gave us a better deal. Now it was after we went to Mark Miller that we noticed the difference. At the other dealer they wanted us to just buy the car and played the salesman game and tried to keep us waiting and tried to talk us into buying the truck. At Mark Miller they were very upfront with us and they treated us how we wanted to be treated. We didn't want to play any games and just wanted to know how details. We got that and it made the experience a lot more simply and enjoyable. More

The sales man, Ken was very knowledgeable about all of the car models, he seems genuine, and naturally a friendly person. He made it a comfortable experience in the process of purchasing a car. I love to drive this car, I love the color, the interior and the awesome gas mileage, he met everything that I stated to him that was important to me in a car! He called me after the purchase to make sure that I am still happy with it and asked if I had any questions. He helped me understand the navigation system because it's so different than my phone nav, he took time with me when I came back in to show how it works and he put me at ease about asking questions. I recommend Ken, he's not a pushy sales man. More
