I have been returning to Mark Miller since 2001 with my Prius. The service has always been priced as quoted. The couple of times the car has needed to be left overnight, the dealer has lent me with a veh Prius. The service has always been priced as quoted. I Showed up right at 5:00 pm. I walked in to get a recall done on my truck. I was greeted promptly and was told it was too late to get it done. I told him I lived more than 45 minutes away and was t recall done on my truck. I was greeted promptly and was told it was too late to get it done. I told him I lived more than 45 minutes away and was told I could come in till 6 and get it done. He told me to hold for one minute. He ran to the back and came out in less than 2 minutes and told me he has someone here and we will get it taken care of in less that 20 minutes. I would go back for sure. I was really impressed! We had been shopping for a used Camry and found one online that looked like a good fit. I called the internet sales team and Jason helped me. I asked if the car was still available and when it was, I online that looked like a good fit. I called the internet sales team and Jason helped me. I asked if the car was still available and when it was, I told him I would come by to take a look. When I got there about 30 minute later, Jason had found the car, pulled it up to the front of the dealership, and had the keys in hand for a test drive. We never felt pressured and all of our questions were quickly answered. We decided to purchase the car and Jason arranged for a spare key to be made when I mentioned that there was only one key. When we came back a few days later to get the key, Jason was not in the office, but Bill took great care of us, treating us as though he had made the original sale. Between Bill and the service department everything was taken care of and we were well treated. We originally came to Mark Miller because we have our other car serviced there, and will definitely come back next time we have a purchase to make. More
