He was sincerely concerned about me as person, my satisfaction with the vehicle, and I knew he would go to any lengths to ensure that I was happy. He remembered me and small details about my life when I saw him weeks after the sale. Mike is not pushy and will always make sure the customer has a good experience. More

With my credit score of 798, my trade in, with up to 5K cash I was willing to put down...I knew I'll just be able to go to a Toyota dealer and get a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. 1. I used the same Edmunds link on Mark Millers website to assess my trade in as its in their actual site. Unfortunately, the figure the dealership gave me was too low compared to what I got; it appears, they do not select all the options for the vehicle when trying to figure out the value as this increases your trade in. 2. Sales person; when it came to negotiations, he lacked self control and professional development when dealing with knowledgeable customers...demonstrating a punk kid attitude reflecting poorly on this strong brands image, and this Toyota dealerships image in an effort to build long term relationship while providing safe and reliable family centric vehicles. 3. I went and got a 2014 vehicle from another Toyota dealership with more people friendly atmosphere. More

From the very b I was referred to Mark Miller Toyota by a friend who use to work there. I figured if anyone knew the car industry in Utah, it was him. From the very beginning he told me, "Go to Mark Miller. They won't play games, and they'll take care of you long after you've purchased from them." Having had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, I went into it skeptical, but was very pleasantly surprised. I worked with Jesse Tyler, their internet sales manager. From day one Jesse was friendly, helpful, and no non-sense. He didn't mess around or play games. He gave me a fair offer from the beginning, and even though 3 other dealerships in the valley offered me the same car for $100 less just to beat Mark Miller, I gave my business to Jesse. He didn't come across as a dirtbag salesman that everyone dreads working with. I could tell by both working with him first hand, and the recommendation of my friend that he was going to do everything he could to get me into the car I wanted at the best price. One thing that especially stuck out was that many other dealerships I had visited tried to get me into the car that they wanted me in, Jesse got me into the car that best suited my family's needs. In fact we were dead set on getting a Corolla, but after talking with me he pushed me towards the Camry, and now that I see new Corollas around the parking lot at work, I shake my head wondering "what was I thinking?" The new Camry is exactly what we needed, and unlike stereotypical pushy salesmen trying to meet a quota, Jesse got us in the right car at the right price. One of the best parts of the buying process was Mark Miller was that I don't think I ever spent more than an hour at a time visiting the dealership. Even on the day of the pick of the vehicle I showed up and Jesse had all of my paperwork ready to go. I could have been out quicker, but I wanted to be certain I was getting exactly what I had promised. Of course again to my surprise everything was typed up EXACTLY according to how we had agreed. There was no last minute "bait and switch" sales tactics. When I say no games, I mean it. I was especially impressed with the after sale customer service. We had a couple of things done to the vehicle after we bought it (window tint, side moldings, etc.). The service center called us first thing on Monday, scheduled an appointment, had a loaner car ready for us first thing Tuesday morning, and by Tuesday night EVERYTHING was done. Their service center is clean, helpful, and is a place I would feel comfortable sending my wife to alone. In summary, if you're looking for a Toyota in Utah, start at Mark Miller. I visited 4 of the 5 Toyota dealerships between Salt Lake and Utah County and found Mark Miller to be the best overall. To any of them who might be reading this, a huge thank you for the great service you provided us, and to those of you who are in the car buying stages, start with them. They don't just deserve your business, they will earn it. More

We met with Spencer and he took us around the used lot until we found a car that fit our needs and he felt confident it would be the perfect fit for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, truely listened to what our expectations are in our "new" vehical and we really did find the perfect car. Spencer led us through the entire purchasing process quickly and painlessly. I will recommend Mark Miller to all my friends and look forward to working with them in the future, not only to maintain my new vehicle, but in future purchases. More
2014 Toyota RAV4 Our entire experience was terrific. It was so great, in fact, that we purchased the 2014 Toyota RAV4 right after purchasing a 2014 Tundra Truck! (an Our entire experience was terrific. It was so great, in fact, that we purchased the 2014 Toyota RAV4 right after purchasing a 2014 Tundra Truck! (and I really wasn't expecting to buy it!) We were actually referred to the Mark Miller Toyota dealership because we decided to purchase through the Costco car purchasing service. Jesse Tyler was our Internet sales rep and was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful about showing us the different Tundra Trucks and RAV4s in stock and letting us know exactly how much each would cost . . . we found the perfect ones for both my husband and me. There were no hidden costs, like some dealers end up doing. My husband traded his older truck in and we were given a very good trade-in price. It was easy and we were treated most fairly during the trade-in part of our dealings. Danny Lewis was the person who did all the contract paperwork. We decided we had to purchase Toyota's Prepaid Maintenance Program, because it's really a good deal. We wanted a couple of things added to the RAV4 and these services were done promptly - the car was ready to be picked up the next day. We met one of the service gentlemen, but I don't remember his name. We both love the vehicles we're driving and will love them even more after we figure out how to properly use all the new devices on them! More

So straight forward in Matt was so awesome and friendly when helping my partner and I purchase our leased scion and buying an additional used vehicle. So straight forward in his approach and he made us feel very comfortable like he was there to help and not just make a sell and even told us a little about himself! Viva la Seahawks! I appreciated his service so much I had to bring my mother in to purchase her car from him as well. Referral bonus! Exceptional service! And my mom thinks he's a stud. ;) More

Did that over the phone thinking I could leave it when the dealer tricks started. There were no dealer tricks! I was quoted a price that was honored a month later when the car came in. I was given a fair deal on the price (easily verified on the internet these days) and a very good deal on my trade in. Met Jesse today for the first time when I picked up the vehicle. Took about 2 hours for everything to come together, but I didn't spend the 2 hours wondering how I was being cheated. Everything was explained and all the numbers were shown in a clear manner. If you like to dicker over a few dollars, go somewhere else. If you want a fair deal where everyone walks away happy, go to Mark Miller Toyota. More

I'd even say that he is the least helpful employee from all of the staff, according to my other visits. Didn't pay enough attention to us, always did something else on his computer. While he was talking to us. He didn't try to find the solution for our problem. Didn't seem to care that much. As if we were not really important for him. I don't want to be served by him NEVER again! More
They said they didn't have the part to fix the noise in the window. They said they couldn't do the wheel alignment because the tires need to be replaced. I told them I was not born yesterday. The align in the window. They said they couldn't do the wheel alignment because the tires need to be replaced. I told them I was not born yesterday. The alignment is what caused the tire to wear. They said unless both rear tires were replaced they couldn't align the wheels. I asked them to make the alignment with the tire that are on the car. They just wanted to sell me new tires. I wanted the problem fixed so it wouldn't wear the tires. They finally checked the alignment and said the camber bolts were bad? They replaced the bolt on the driver side but it was the passenger side that had the tire wear. I took the car to another mechanic and he said no one has touched the car with a wrench to make any adjustments on the alignment. $34.99 for a bolt! They charged me $79.95 for the alignment. $105.00 for labor! everything should have been covered by the extended warranty that your people sold me saying all would be covered for 100,000 miles. If something is broken it should have been covered! More
This dealership is really great. I originally bought a 2005 Scion XB from Karl Malone Toyota. After takeing it in for a simple repair once and treated poorly I have ever since taken my cars to Mark Miller 2005 Scion XB from Karl Malone Toyota. After takeing it in for a simple repair once and treated poorly I have ever since taken my cars to Mark Miller. The service staff was so nice that when I was ready to buy my next car I was going to do it there. Jessie Tyler was extremely nice and handled all my needs. Now I traded in my 2005 Scion XB for a new 2013 Scion XB and I love it! When I first got in it only had 9 miles on the odometer. They even posted a picture of us standing next to my onld and new car on Facebook. When my wife is ready for a new car we will be trading in her 1996 Corolla and we will be going back to visit Jessie at Mark Miller again. More
