Honesty So often the buying of a car involves lying back and forth between customer and salesperson. Buying a car ought not be a stressful experience. An aggressive and often untruthful salesperson shouldn't be something you have to put up with. This doesn't happen at Mark Miller. I totally agree with the comment from jmenatti here. Great Service. Great People. Awesome! After calling and shopping around to many dealers in the area, we finally called Spencer at Mark Miller Toyota. He assured us that we would have an awesome experience there. I was hesitant to believe him because of all of the nightmares we experienced everywhere else. Boy was I wrong. When we got there, Spencer was busy,we were assisted by Ken instead. Ken was great! He didn't mention financing/purchasing until we found a car we liked and said we were ready. Spencer helped us later as well. They were easy to work with and were clearly more interested in us having a good experience than selling us a car. We were treated like PEOPLE. So many dealers treat their customers like slot machines, just hoping for a sale. Spencer and Ken at Mark Miller Toyota treated us like the humans that we are. NEVER once were they pushy. Ken put every little detail "out on front street". They didn't hide ANYTHING from us. I don't think we will ever buy another car anywhere else. If you live in the area, GO HERE FIRST, skip the other "Miller" dealership. More

With my credit score of 798, my trade in, with up to 5K cash I was willing to put down...I knew I'll just be able to go to a Toyota dealer and get a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. 1. I used the same Edmunds link on Mark Millers website to assess my trade in as its in their actual site. Unfortunately, the figure the dealership gave me was too low compared to what I got; it appears, they do not select all the options for the vehicle when trying to figure out the value as this increases your trade in. 2. Sales person; when it came to negotiations, he lacked self control and professional development when dealing with knowledgeable customers...demonstrating a punk kid attitude reflecting poorly on this strong brands image, and this Toyota dealerships image in an effort to build long term relationship while providing safe and reliable family centric vehicles. 3. I went and got a 2014 vehicle from another Toyota dealership with more people friendly atmosphere. More
