I know it's stupid to forget a warrantee, but we went 5 years without using it, I had totally forgotten. She also looked into my history to get another repair covered: it was worked on a year ago and the work was covered under that repair. I wouldn't have asked or even put those together. I've had excellent experiences with so may of the service techs there, I have no fears about going in for service or evaluations.... but Molly saved my bacon today. I've bought two vehicles from them and don't hesitate to recommend them to friends. More

They took my 2008 Seibring Convertible which was in excellent condition and was worth on KBB $2,800 over my payoff and told me it was worth nothing greater than the payoff amount. It had zero interior excellent condition and was worth on KBB $2,800 over my payoff and told me it was worth nothing greater than the payoff amount. It had zero interior or exterior blemishes. I believed them, however they turned around and sold it within three days for $5,000 over the $0.00 amount they gave me for it. I am a single mother and that was my only transportation to work. This left me in their hands to now have to do a Zero Dollar Down loan. They ended up charging me over $2,000 for the new car I purchased - - over KBB and other dealer quotes. - - I thought since they were shorting me on my trade in that they were giving me a discount on the new car I was purchasing - - not so. Then when they took me into the finance department, their Finance representative told me that since the loan was now a zero down "that to protect Toyota Financing I would need to purchase gap insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and and extended Warranty so that they would be protected from the depreciation when I drove off the lot, and since I am a single earning houshold to ensure that If I get Sick or Die the car payments would be paid and if the car broke down and needed repair that I would still be able to make my payment. They made me believe I had to pay full price for these products. Now, two weeks later, I know I didn't have to buy a single one, and the price on them is negotiable. The bottom line is they took a car that should have been fairly priced and financed at $22,000 to $23,000 according to KBB Market value for the new Prius and the Fair Trade in Value for my sebring and through lies and deceit jacked the price of the financed car up to $35,045.00. From a $440.00 car payment to $584 car payment. And it was all worthless insurances that I didn't want and don't need as I purchase them on my own through work. I was the last person in the dealership and it was late so I was rushed so I didn't fully understand why the car I was expecting to finance $22, to 23,000 for ended up being $35,000. When I reached out to the dealership stating that they told me my trade in was worthless, but then turned around and sold it for a $5,000 profit in 3 days (because I kept it so pristine) and that they had over charges and jacked up back office products on the loan, they yelled at me saying how would I know what the car sold for. Regardless if it sold for $5,000 over or $3,000 over my trade in, KBB said it was worth $2,800 and that is what I should have received if they weren't going to reduce the price of my new car accordingly, and I certianly shouldn't have been led to believe that I must purchase a bunch of "air" to protect Toyota Finance and ended up with a $35,000 loan for a $22,000 car. I tried to reach out to the dealership by email, but they will not communicate in writing with me. So if I don't want to eat $12,600 worth of rip-off by this stealership, I have to take the car back, no longer have a way to get to work cause the stole my trade in value, and my credit will be sunk. More

I was having car troubles Sunday and really needed my car to be looked at. My sister reffered me to this dealership. I was greeted by three different employees, each one asked how they could help me, directed me to the right place and got the correct person for me to talk with. Brian Payne saw me as I came in the door, got my paperwork, and told me that the service should take about an hour. He directed me to the waiting area, pointed out the great food service area and told me to make myself at home and suggested that I could get something to eat or drink while I waited. The facility was very clean, orderly while still being very busy, and comfortable. The whole building has large, windows which makes it feel light and open. My car was done in less than an hour, and I was messaged on my phone by Brian that my car was ready. He helped me check out, and directed me to my car, which was left clean and neat, just as I left it. Great experience. Very impressive dealership. I highly recommend this Mark Miller dealership. More
