This dealership makes me want to buy another Toyota I'm not from Utah but moved here for a job. When Jiffy Lube gave me the "run around" on my car, saying they wouldn't approve it until I fixed some things (but still charged me) I decided to go straight to the dealership. Believe me, in Idaho, there is nothing like Mark Miller Toyota (I think Idaho is about 25-years in the past compared to Utah). I got shuttle service to work, free hot cocoa or coffee, someone that made an appointment for me so there was no wait, and they did all of that safety and emissions stuff right there. And anything that needs to get fixed? They fixed it same day, no problem. I tell you what, customer service goes a long ways with me. Mark Miller has got my loyalty. More

AWESOME SERVICE Took my Toyota truck in for gear box change and that am my door handle got jammed and they said they would fix that too at the same time.
