They took the time to sync my iPhone with the car and showed me some of the key features. They also filled the car with gas (635 miles worth). While waiting in their clean and comfortable waiting area, (enjoying a complimentary soft drink), a service writer approached each person waiting and asked if we would like an update on the status of our vehicle. The addition of the Express Lube bays has greatly reduced the wait time for routine maintenance; oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This is a great improvement over other dealerships that put your vehicle in their service queue. The price quoted has always been what I have paid after the work is completed. I was so impressed with the overall service experience, I had to let the service manager know what an outstanding job his technicians are doing. I love that the new vehicle prices are on their website and they're already set at a very reasonable level already. I didn't have to exhaust myself haggling or threatening to walk away, or waiting through and they're already set at a very reasonable level already.
