Absolutely the best WAX and SHINE service ever! When we purchased our hybrid Camry in August 2014, I was informed about a wax/polishing service that was available for any vehicle. I went ahead and purchased a package deal a week later. I always thought a wax job is a wax job and they all look the same when they come out. To my surprise, the polishing service they offer is far superior to any standard "waxing service". The Camry looked better than the day we drove it off the lot. I had the service done again on October 23rd and it was just amazing how the car looks when it was completed. It looks better than brand new. Any little scratch or scruff mark is gone! The service technician, Kory, pays attention to every little detail making sure every crevice has any residual wax removed and making the car look perfect. This polishing service also lasts 6 MONTHS. Only on the sixth month could you tell it needed to be done again. Considering other car wash/service companies recommend a wax every 2 to 3 months, the polishing service is a no brainer for $69.00. I also took my Lexus LS430 in for the polishing service and it looked like it came right off the assembly line. The service adviser at the Lexus dealership could not believe how my car looked and was a little envious. Thank you and thanks to Kory. The salesman at Mark Miller, Kupono, was awesome in finding me the exact vehicle that I wanted. He kept me updated for the next 2 months on the entire build, and ship process. I drive 25 miles to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced, even though there are others closer, because their service is always outstanding and honest. More

Over the years I have bought roughly a dozen Toyota's for myself and family from another dealership however, after having a very bad experience at my former dealership I decided to try Mark Miller. I am so glad that I did, it was the best automotive decision I have ever made. The sales staff and financing staff were nothing but straight forward and honest in all of our interactions, with all of my questions being answered in a language that I could better understand (not the typical car guy talk that I have dealt with in the past).
