Buying the replacement vehicle has always been the struggle when our older model needed to be replaced. We have had a long and pleasant relationship with the service dept. of Mark Miller Toyota but had tried to avoid the (perceived) hassle of purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Our previous experiences at another dealership in Murray left us cynical and jaded about the experience. An unfortunate event led to the need to replace our 4 Runner and after shopping around for a month, we decided to try Mark Miller Toyota Sales Dept. Lyle Mitchell, Anthony Montoya, Doug Lund, and "Skyler" have been great to do business with. Finally a dealership that understands the value of customer care and service!!! Loyalty toward a business should be rewarded by loyalty to the customer and Mark Miller Toyota GETS it! We look forward to another couple of million miles of Toyota quality at Mark Miller Toyota/Scion. More
A painless experience and 3rd car from Mark Miller I used to hate buying cars because you always felt pressured. I have to admit that it was a pleasant experience dealing with Jesse Tyler and all thos I used to hate buying cars because you always felt pressured. I have to admit that it was a pleasant experience dealing with Jesse Tyler and all those who helped with the purchase of my new Corolla. I went in originally looking for a used Corolla that I saw on the internet. Jesse was very courteous as he showed my wife and I the ones that I had been looking at. he also asked if we were interested in new cars so I thought, "why not?" Jesse was able to put us in a new Corolla for just a few dollars more than we would have paid for one of the used ones. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Mark Miller and each one has been a smooth transaction. We even got more than I was anticipating for our old 1999 Corolla on a trade in! I am a very happy customer. More

This dealership makes me want to buy another Toyota I'm not from Utah but moved here for a job. As a transplant, I foolishly did my safety and emissions/vehicle registration in December when it is cold I'm not from Utah but moved here for a job. As a transplant, I foolishly did my safety and emissions/vehicle registration in December when it is cold and miserable outside. When Jiffy Lube gave me the "run around" on my car, saying they wouldn't approve it until I fixed some things (but still charged me) I decided to go straight to the dealership. Believe me, in Idaho, there is nothing like Mark Miller Toyota (I think Idaho is about 25-years in the past compared to Utah). I got shuttle service to work, free hot cocoa or coffee, someone that made an appointment for me so there was no wait, and they did all of that safety and emissions stuff right there. And anything that needs to get fixed? They fixed it same day, no problem. I tell you what, customer service goes a long ways with me. Mark Miller has got my loyalty. More
