Excellent service equals great value I have been using Mark Miller Toyota service since I bought my first Toyota in 1991, and continue to do so at the present time. The Technicians in the service department are well trained and educated to provide the most professional care for my Toyota. I just had the 180,000 mile service performed on my 2002 Sequoia, and as usual, their records and expertise provided the service that the Sequoia needed. I appreciate the concern and knowledge of the Service Advisor Wendell Mcmullen and his keeping me updated as to the progress and needs of my Sequoia. It is my plan to keep using Mark Miller Toyota Service for my service needs. More

My sales consultant, Lee Morin, I've owned three Toyotas but this is my first new one. After doing some research online, I came in to do a test drive. My sales consultant, Lee Morin, was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and I never felt pressured at any point along the way. Financing with Danny Van Gesen was a breeze and I felt confident in knowing what I was responsible for on the financial front and what would be covered in my maintenance package. I returned a few weeks later to have some accessories put on and the entire process was painless. They set me up with a loaner car and had the work done in the time stated. I cannot emphasize enough what a great dealership this has been to work with in getting my first new car. More

I found Eric Twitchell to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I was very pleased with the entire purchase process. My previous vehicle, a 1995 Camry was serviced at Mark Miller for the entire 20 years I owned the vehicle. For the last several years, Wendell McMullen has been my service representative and I have greatly appreciated his attention to my vehicle and my needs. He has been wonderful to work with and I will continue to get my service exclusively at this dealership! More

I have experienced nothing short of what I would consider superior customer service from MMT from purchasing my vehicle to service appointments. The Customer Service is top-notch whether I have an appointment or an unexpected flat tire. I am received with a smile and I am truly impressed by the amount of information they provide on a non-mechanic level. I love that you can easily make an appt. on-line or with a phone call. I also love that they offer a loaner vehicle and the free car wash when you get your car serviced - awesome. I believe every type of organization could learn Customer Service skills from Mark Miller Toyota. I also appreciate that their building is LEED Certified. Cheers!! More
