Through persistent effort, Spencer negotiated a dealer trade--no small feat given the dearth of black Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road models currently available. Moreover, Spencer was attentive during the sales process and gave me a screaming deal on the truck. I highly recommend Spencer and wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. Five stars! More

The mechanic reassured me about the safety of my car and told me the cost of cosmetic things I asked about but he didn't try to up-sale me anything which I really appreciate. I felt like I could trust him to honestly tell me when I really do need something done on my car. He also let me know about the recall that needed to be fixed so I could have that done since I was already there. More

Last time was a simple 15000 mile tire rotation and polish of my 2015 Corolla. I dropped the car off on a Friday night and told them that I was in no rush, so I would pick it up Saturday afternoon. It was finished by 9:00a.m. and I receive a courtesy call informing me that it would be ready whenever I dropped by. This may not have been major service, but I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism as if I was spending thousands of dollars. We'll be back - in fact my wife's 2002 Highlander (76k miles and looks like new) goes in next week. More
