The sales staff is friendly and more interested in making sure that they help me find the right truck. I have never been asked "what is it going to take to get you into this truck today?" If they don't have exactly what I want on the lot, they find it for me. I couldn't be more pleased with Mark Miller!!! More

I have bought my last two Toyota trucks from Mark Miller and have felt like I have been treated honestly by their sales and service staff 99% of the time. What about the other 1 %? On the one occasion 12 years ago that they replaced Part "A"and it did not fix the issue and they replaced a second part (Part "B") and it did fix the issue. I asked them if the replacement of part "A" was really necessary and they said probably not so they replaced the original non-defective part "A" only charged me for the part "B" and the labor to install it. I've been to an other Toyota dealer that replaced one part and it ended up being a different part and they wanted to charge me the labor to both install and uninstall the non-defective part! Mark Miller service will always make it right. They've always had my back to remind me to get any recall services done.(Once on the leaf springs on my 1996 Tacoma, and more recently the air bag modules on my 2006 Tundra.). I can't More

I went there to buy a car and I got exactly what I listened to friends recommending the outstanding service they had received at Mark Miller Toyota. I went there to buy a car and I got exactly what I wanted. They were honest and forthright. There were not too many details to get bogged down on. It was easy and very pleasant. I worked with Jason Kikel and Jeff Dieus. They were awesome, efficient and super nice. I really can't wait to buy another car from them, but alas, I have a new 4 runner and it rocks! More
Terrible Appointment and Scheduling Policy My first time going in for service, and it will be my last time. I had the day off from work so I set an appointment to get my navigation/radio update My first time going in for service, and it will be my last time. I had the day off from work so I set an appointment to get my navigation/radio updated. Toyota had issued a technical service bulletin stating that the radios needed to be updated, and mine kept randomly rebooting. When I called in I was asked if I would be leaving the car, but I stated that I would be waiting. After showing up on time for my appointment, I was asked again if I was leaving the car. I stated that I was not, and the service advisor told me that it would take at least 7 hours to perform the 30 minute radio update. He proceeded to argue with me stating that my appointment was just to talk to him, not to actually get the car serviced. He suggested I take the train home (a one way hour long trip mind you). He argued with me saying that I should have known because I set the appointment online. I told him I called in, and did not set it online, but he still argued with me basically saying I should know that's how it works. I've never been to a car dealership that makes you set an appointment just to get an actual appointment to get it fixed. He also argued that there was even an issue. I immediately drove down the street to another Toyota dealership. I did not have an appointment there, but the service advisor knew exactly what the issue was, stated there was a technical service bulletin. In fact, they were able to get the update done without an appointment while I waited. I would be aware of Mark Miller's appointment policy before going (basically your appointment requires you to drop the car off and only gives you an appointment to describe the problem, not to get it fixed). Doesn't make sense to me, is incredibly inconvenient, and no one else I've been to has that policy so I will not be going back. Save yourself the trouble and go down the street to Larry H. Miller. More

I am very impressed with the honesty and effort they put forth, when I step onto the premises. The only do what I ask, and make sure to verify all work. The facility is very clean and they offer a shuttle car, which takes me to my shopping destination. Additionally, they have a snack area and free Wi-Fi. It has been a great experience! More

Having a previous experience with a dealership that tried to take advantage of me beca I enjoyed buying my new Prius from the Mark Miller Dealership. Having a previous experience with a dealership that tried to take advantage of me because they assumed that since I was a female that I would never notice the extra $1000 they added to the account made me very leery. But at Mark Miller I was treated as if I was an intelligent human being and felt very good about the sales person I worked with and getting a fair price on the vehicle. I have also loved the way the maintenance on my car has been taken care of in a timely manner and the very nice and clean area in which to wait. Driving the extra miles !!!! Stop by for my regular tire rotation at the end of the day and the guys notices a big nail in my rear tire, pull tire out and leave it overnight f Stop by for my regular tire rotation at the end of the day and the guys notices a big nail in my rear tire, pull tire out and leave it overnight for repair and first thing in the morning I got a call for the service department !!! :) Tire was ready and I was welcome to stop by anytime. Stop by in less than 10 minutes I was ready to go. I will recomend this dealer to every single friend Thanks More
