We had a different sales person but the experience was just as amazing as it was the first time. When we went to the showroom the dealership did not have the 4-Runner we wanted to buy, and we were told it would be there in the next week or so. While we waited for the car to arrive we went to other dealerships to look at other options. We tried dealerships from Bountiful to Orem and found the one we wanted at more than one location. However, we decided to wait for Mark Miller Toyota because of the salesperson. Austyn Montoya was the kindest and most sincere person we could have worked with. He kept us informed, was easy to reach by phone, and went out of his way to take care of us. Later, to our happy surprise the financing process was quick and pain free. Everyone was professional and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. That made us feel good about buying a car from this dealership. If the sales force is happy the owner must be taking care of them. Knowing that made us feel good about the purchase. We will certainly be back when it is time to get, you guessed it, another 4-Runner. More

The salesman Anthony texted me and gave me a rough draft for the price of the new RAV4. Later on the afternoon, we drove to Mark Miller office, we got help we needed from Mr. Jeff as Mr. Anthony was busy with another customer. Once Mr. Anthony was done with his other client, he helped us with the color for the car. Both Mr. Jeff and Mr. Anthony are very kind and professional and patient with us. After finishing all paperworks we drove our new car home without paying a dime. Because we did not have our check that day, but as we are loyal customer, we got trust from Mark Miller Toyota.
