I have been well please with the service I have been getting through them every sin I bought my 2012 Tacoma from Mark Miller Toyota in April of 2012. I have been well please with the service I have been getting through them every since. They are very polite, answer all my questions, and go out of their way to make my service call with them pleasant. They have even answered my questions or needs that probably are not something that is in their standard duties. I have had a little trouble with my Bluetooth but when I have mentioned it they have quickly fixed my problem. I would recommend their services any time. More

The location is convenient and the customer service lounge is very inviting! When my repairs are going to take more than two hours, their shuttle service is there to pick up the slack! I get free maintenance for the life of my 36 month lease and they've also followed up with me numerous times to make sure everything is still going well. I had almost written off dealerships completely but Mark Miller Toyota made me realize that there are still honest ones out there. I'm 2 years into my 3 year lease and I still have nothing but good things to say about them. More

We were having a hard time finding the color we wanted (Quicksand), so we we worked directly with our sales person, Spencer Williams, and he was able to track one down and have it redirected to their dealership. Spencer was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and had our vehicle ready to go when we arrived. The entire process was quick and painless and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with.
