Best customer experience I purchased my first Toyota from Mark Miller Toyota in 2007, when it came time to replace that vehicle in April of this year, my first thought was to I purchased my first Toyota from Mark Miller Toyota in 2007, when it came time to replace that vehicle in April of this year, my first thought was to go back to Mark Miller. I started to think how convenient it would be to purchase my new car at one of the 2 Toyota Delaers closer to where I live, so I visited both and it didn't take long to realize that the experience I was having at these dealerships was not even close to what I recalled from memory 9 years ago at Mark Miller. I drove past those 2 Toyota stores to Mark Miller Toyota and the experience was even better than what I had remebered from before. The salesman ( Ken Shaw) was friendly and knowledgable and made the purchase quick and easy. I have taken my new 4Runner to Mark Miller for it's first service and found the same experience exsists in their Service Dept. I would recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone, even if you have to drive by other Toyota Dealerships to get there. It's worth the drive. More

Excellent Customer Service We have been bringing both of our Toyota's to Mark Miller's for service since they were purchased. The service is great from the booking of an appoint We have been bringing both of our Toyota's to Mark Miller's for service since they were purchased. The service is great from the booking of an appointment, to the assessment of your vehicle, all the way through to the completion of service. They tell you concisely what repairs need to be done right away for safety and which repairs can be deferred until the next visit. The shuttle service they provide to get you home and back is very much appreciated. Bruce Bellingham is absolutely wonderful to work with. I can highly recommend the service department. We may get a shot at a new sale sometime but so far our 2001 and 2006 Toyota vehicles are running well due to proper maintenance. More

The next purchase resulted from a casual walk through on the lot waiting for our Highlander's first oil change. Our daughter was off with her new Corolla, thanks to the help of Justin Wilhite. Following these two purchases, we sent our son to Mark Miller for his new Toyota Tacoma. Last but not least was my recent purchase -- a beautiful new Camry.
