Everyone has different perceptions of what a car dealership should look and feel like. I will walk away from the high-pressure sales tactics and the salesperson who overuses the customer psychology dealership should look and feel like. I will walk away from the high-pressure sales tactics and the salesperson who overuses the customer psychology that everything that comes out of the customers mouth is to be fortified and made a positive. I found a good balance in salesmanship with Wayne Roberson and enjoyed my conversations with him. The overall experience of buying a car from Mark Miller Toyota was particularly good and I will go back, when the time arrives, to buy a new Toyota again. After shopping around for the last 3 days, I ended up getting the best trade in deal at Mark Miller and besides, I was going to buy a Toyota vehicle due to their history of high overall reliability. When it comes to customer relations, no other Toyota dealership in the Salt Lake Valley comes close to Mark Miller Toyota. More
My husband just left the place. After hey said they will call me. Nobody called when they heard we will pay cash and what is the best price they can give. I've been a fan of Mark Miller since I purchased my Highlander there is 2011. The service staff is always courteous and keeps you well informed. Recently, I purchased a set of tires and two of the nicest service staff (Chris & Ocean) assisted me. They kept me informed along the way to help me in my decision of which tires to purchase since the ones I currently had were no longer available. I felt very safe as I drove home, no longer fearing I might have another flat tire along the way. Thanks, guys! We contacted Ken on a new 2020 Toyota Avalon which is secured on a deposit with our intent to purchase. Ken listened to us and does his very best to meet our needs. He’s very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. Ken makes you feel comfortable and we have grown to trust him. Ken is very upfront on the vehicle price. The safety features on the 2015 Toyota Avalon saved my wife from more serious injury in a recent auto accident. I don't recommend having to purchase a new vehicle this way, but it's nice to have Ken there to help with a replacement vehicle. It was because of the good experience with Ken Shaw at Mark Miller Toyota 5 years ago that we now return for another vehicle purchase.
