Not only is Wendell personable, but he takes ownership of every service issues. Recently, I needed to replace an outside mirror. Wendell found me a used mirror and ordered it. When the mirror arrived, it was not the right mirror. Wendell sent it back and ordered me another mirror from a Toyota dealer back East. Again, it was the wrong mirror, and Wendell sent it back. The third mirror turned out to be the right mirror, but the color was wrong, so Wendell sent it out to be repainted. All that trouble and inconvenience just to save me a few dollars. It's that type of service and commitment on Wendell's part that has kept me coming back to Mark Miller Toyota for the past 15 years. More

There was no pressure, just honest, transparency with everything. The vehicle was clean, fully gassed up, ready to go when I arrived. I was in and out within 2 hours, including a complete demonstration of the vehicle equipment.
