While I have no issues with the brand or pricing on their cars since everything is wildly over MSRP at the moment, the employee who met me at the door was a poor sales representative. Mark Miller has an impressive lot of cars and I entered to inquire on the specifics on some car models. It felt like nothing I said went through with him. He treated me very harshly simply wanting more information on what was used, warranties, etc. I was in the building for 15-20 minutes and emerged without having been able to discuss a single car. By the end of our exchange I had no desire to return and do business with the company regardless of the deal. Anyone who invalidates you like this rep should not be in this industry, More

Mark Miller has made it easy to get service for all of my 3 Toyota cars. Living out of town, they let me use the loaner car. If I couldn't use that car, I could not get services done in SLC without waiting 3 Toyota cars. Living out of town, they let me use the loaner car. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership since I like Mark Miller personally after working with him during the olympics. Their service center is terrible though. Just got a call that my tru since I like Mark Miller personally after working with him during the olympics. Their service center is terrible though. Just got a call that my truck is complete but then found they only did half the recalls since my gas tank was too full, of course they didn’t tell me the tank had to be low for the repair. Also years ago I got home from an oil repair and found a rag on my engine they had forgotten. More

Had a truly impressive experience, our salesperson was helpful, kind and treated us with respect. We were shopping for a hard to find TRD Pro model and they went to bat for us and found one in their alloc helpful, kind and treated us with respect. We were shopping for a hard to find TRD Pro model and they went to bat for us and found one in their allocation process it was our first time buying a new car but mark miller made it so easy if we ever need another new toyota we'll be back. I really cant say enough good things. We did our first 5000 mile service with them recently and I had a minor concern about the interior vibrating and their service manager sat down in the back seat and told me to drive him where ever I needed to to show him the issue so he could make it right. I've owned land rovers for years and not gotten that level of service, I was blown away. More
