Mark Miller dealership is by far the bes I have purchased 19 new cars in the last 22 years. I have dealt with 9 dealerships in the Salt Lake Valley. Mark Miller dealership is by far the best experience I’ve had. I was not pressured into ANYTHING. I worked with Mark Peck who walked me through everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had whether it was about a specific model, service, financing, or the trade-in process. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing another vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota in the future. More
I trust them for my service needs I did not purchase my Toyota RAV4 at this dealership, but when I moved to SLC this became my home dealership. I made the mistake of hitting a curb and I did not purchase my Toyota RAV4 at this dealership, but when I moved to SLC this became my home dealership. I made the mistake of hitting a curb and damaged my car in the winter, but the service staff at Mark Miller Toyota made the process of getting it fixed much less painful than I anticipated. They provided an easy-to-understand estimate for the cost of my repairs and were able to get the work done quickly so I could be back on the road. They also took care of my regularly-scheduled service (oil change, multi-point inspection) at the same time so I wouldn't have to come back in for that separately. Honestly, the reason I go to the dealership is for their service. I know I can call and talk to my service representative if I have questions or concerns, and they keep my car in safe working order. Specifically I love working with Jantzen at this location. I trust him for my service needs. More

I had purchased my tires in April of this year and had a one-year warranty. I checked Google maps for a nearby Toyota dealership to help me take care of this. I chose Mark Miller Toyota because it was close to where I was staying. That was all good fortune because I was treated royally, efficiently and respectful by Mark Singleton, Curtis Shunning and tech; Edward Finnegan!! Much appreciation for everyone’s support for this out of towner ! I was in SLC for an event and Mark Miller Toyota provided courtesy service to and from event. I regret I don’t recall the name of woman who drove. Thank you, everyone! More

My 2003 Sequoia has gone in for several services over the past few years and I have always done major service at Mark Miller. This last time was an air conditioning problem. They didn’t have the parts that I needed so I couldn’t finish that day. I had to leave for one month before returning. They sent me on my way without charging that day, cleaned my car, set the next appt., then didn’t charge the full amount quoted because it didn’t need it. I will always go to Mark Miller for service and sales. Bought a Corolla there as well. More

The staff have been uniformly professional and helpful. It has been easy to get service appointments that suit my schedule.
