Warranty Maintenance I gave highest rating because every time I take my 2017 RAV4 for scheduled maintenance, I am immediately greeted and my car is promptly serviced. If you don’t contact the dealership for your required maintenance they send you emails and if you do not respond they go the extra mile and call you personally to schedule your appointment. I’m impressed with their commitment to follow through, customer recordkeeping, detail to listening to my issues, resolving them and I like the excellent job they do on the free car wash at the end of service. The waiting time is as promised. The dealership is modern and very clean. The waiting room is in a sunny location with all the amenities (i.e., TV, WiFi, snacks). Great place to service your car! Express Service and online scheduling I scheduled my 20,000 service on line. It was very through and told me what bay to park at. I was greeted right away. Toyota Express Maintenance done right I have three toyotas (sienna, camry and 4runner) and love this place for oil changes and routine maintenance. This is where we have taken our cars for service and purchased all of our cars from them for over 15 years. Love the service, love the building,as I have to wait usually til the service is done or they will provide me with transportation if I need it. They are awesome. My last Rav 4 was purchased in 2007 and I have 260,000 miles on it. Yes, I have put a little money into it, but its been a super car and runs just like the day I bought it. They have saved me a car payment for years because of their excellant service. My husband just bought himself a Rav 4 a year ago and experiences the same great service . We plan on keeping our relationship with Mark Miller forever. We love this dealership and their service department. More

BUT the dealership is being so careful to make sure that diagnosis is correct and also to help us accept the inevitable. We're appreciative of their thoroughness and consideration. As I've been hanging around the dealership the last few days, I've seen more of this excellent customer service with several others. I also like the coffee bar and snacks. A lot of comfort there!
