This Internet purchase was my best one yet! I purchased a new 4runner from Mark Miller Toyota. One of only two 4Runner's west of the Mississippi that had what I wanted was at Mark Miller. Unlike most dealerships who respond to online inquiries with impersonal spam-like emails and phone messages, I was contacted directly by the internet sales team. I live three states away from the dealership, so I wanted a locked in price before commiting resources to flying out to take delivery. Instead of giving me the "come into the dealership, and we can discuss" they provided me an actual pricing worksheet. This vehicle was negotiated entirely via text messages! When it came to picking up the 4runner, most everything was ready to go. I was in/out of the dealership in 1hr45min; with no trickery or games. The finance guy was straighforward and efficient. The vehicle was washed, and gassed up. With the free snack bar/coffee/etc, it could not have been a better car buying experience. 100% recommend. More

I decided to look here first as I have had my Toyota Highlander serviced there and I recently went into Mark Mark Miller Toyota to look for a Tacoma. I decided to look here first as I have had my Toyota Highlander serviced there and loved the experience of the service center. I worked with Matt Hanousek who made the whole experience very stress-free and low pressure. I told him what I wanted and he was willing to take time and show me all the different options. He was very knowledgeable and was concerned with making sure I understood everything with the vehicles and truly felt like he wanted to get me exactly what I wanted. I ended up driving out (on New Year’s Eve, mind you) around 9:00pm in a new Tacoma. I am a loyal Toyota guy and, based on this experience, will be buying/servicing all of my vehicles from Mark Miller in the future. More

Outstanding service for over a decade. I had a problem with a fender liner and made an appointment to see if it could be repaired, or if I needed to have it replaced. It had been previously repaired, but this time it needed to be replaced. The part was out of stock, but they were able to order the part from another local source. The service writer estimated that they could pick it up, and have it installed within three hours. I asked them to order and install the part. They beat their time estimate by 1 hour and 15 minutes.
