I requested more information using the messaging tools provided, and Kupono responded promptly. He took the time to personally inspect the car, send additional pictures and answer all my remaining questions. Since I was out of town, I secured the vehicle with a refundable deposit. Kupono met me precisely at the designated time and was very patient with me throughout the test drive (and I really put him though it!). We had already agreed on a price and much of the paperwork had already been drawn up before my arrival, so the process went very smoothly. This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had, and I would absolutely recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Very negative experience We came to MMToyota from out of state on a Friday to test drive some used, low miles, Corollas we were interested in. We worked with Scott, and he was good- no pressure and treated us with respect when we asked about a lower price. He's the only reason we're giving MMT any stars. We ended up not buying the car we liked because the total price was over budget and we wanted to check out some other cars we found on car apps. The next day we found a similar car to the one we liked, on the Edmunds app at MMToyota, It had a lower price because it was one year older and more miles. I called and spoke with Wayne, a sales manager. He said they had already sold it, but asked us about the one we were originally interested in. I told him the reason we wanted less, was because we were using Kelley Blue Book as our guide. (I was not upset or rude to him). Then he laughed and condescendingly told me "Well, honey, we don't use Kelley Blue Book, here."- like I was an idiot for bringing it up. I was *not* happy about him calling me "honey". 😠 It was sarcastic, derogatory and totally unnecessary. We ended up traveling back home, to find out that MMToyota lowered the price to within the price range we'd asked about , that Monday, and sold the car the same day. 😒 We understand that car dealerships are in business to make money, and that Saturdays are big sales days, so the dealership wanted to see if they could sell the car for the higher price. But as far as customer service, couldn't the sales manager have let us know they would be lowering the price at closing time on Saturday, or early Monday (that we could come back then, to see whether it was still available- which it was) and *then* they could have given us the lower price? Then they would sell cars AND help people, making it a win-win for both sides. MMiller needs to treat their customers better- we're the "honey's" that keep them in business. More

Air Bag Recall I had received a notice from Toyota about the need for replacement of the airbag in my 2012 Toyota Corolla, and I had to go to an authorized dealer. I had received a notice from Toyota about the need for replacement of the airbag in my 2012 Toyota Corolla, and I had to go to an authorized dealer. I had never been to Mark Miller before, but they were the closest. I called and made an appointment. When I went in, at first they couldn't find my appointment but they said they would be willing to fit me in that day, give me a ride home and pick me up by the end of the day. I was going to accept that, but the cashier did some more checking and found me after all. (Not sure what had happened.) I knew that it would take approximately two hours, but I had the time to wait. They have a spacious waiting area, comfortable chairs, several large-screen TVs and even a small coffee shop/snack bar area. They did tell me that there was build-up on my battery and suggested I might want a battery service, but there was no pressure. I agreed to this. They told me that everything else was fine with the car. They finished my car within the two hours, and had it ready for me to go. I went outside to look for my car and couldn't find it. Luckily another lady who worked there saw my confusion and helped me (my car was still in the service bay). All in all, I had as good an experience as you can have in a car repair shop, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Recommended. More

I am welcomed upon arrival, kept informed with the condition of my vehicle, advised what needs to be taken care of immediately and what will need attention in the future including the amount of time required and the cost for each item. When my car is ready, my payment is processed quickly and I am thanked for being a customer. And, leaving with a clean/washed car is always an appreciated bonus! More
