They have been my exclusive dealership for all oil changes, rotation, service etc. They are always prompt, they do the work right the first time and they'll even give you a ride to work when you drop your vehicle off. I highly reccoment Mark Miller Toyota. (By the way, the money they don't spend on expensive TV ads always leads to the best deal in town!) More

They care. Wendell has been our service tech since 2007 when we bought out Camry Hybrid, 2011 Tacoma, 2016 RAV4 and 2017 RAV4. He treats you as if he has known Wendell has been our service tech since 2007 when we bought out Camry Hybrid, 2011 Tacoma, 2016 RAV4 and 2017 RAV4. He treats you as if he has known you forever, doesn't try to sell you service you don't need, will suggest items when safety is involved. When I have had questions on service that I thought should have been done, he makes suggestions to see if there is another solution that doesn't cost as much. He makes suggestions, IE, 2011 Tacoma only has 14,000 miles, but at seven years I had the tires replaced, he noted the battery was weak, I had them replace it as well, his suggestion to get a trickle charger, since I don't drive it a lot and over inflate the tires a little while in storage, release down to appropriate pressure when planning on driving a distance. Love the service and found a number of their service is less expensive than independent shops. More

They are all very helpful, friendly, and informative. The communication throughout the service process and the updates on the status of the work being done is very good. All of my interactions with this group of people has left me feeling as though they genuinely care about me and my time, as well as the status and health of my vehicle. More

When I was purchasing the vehicle Kelly didn't pressure me but he did exactly what other salesperson failed to do.
