What a lovely and unusual used car buying experience. It helped that I knew what car I wanted and was willing to just pay their asking price, which was totally fair for a gold certified highlander. But then they offered to help offset my travel expenses for picking the car up from out of state. I am sure it was a meaningless amount compared to their profit, but I am accustomed to the opposite from other dealerships--you think you have an agreed-upon price or fair offer under consideration but then they start giving you reasons why you should give them more money in an aggressive and even bullying manner. So even though I hope my Toyota lasts forever, this dealership has given me every reason to shop their cars again in the future in the need ever arises. They really ought to train other dealerships to treat customers so well. Only the dealership in Bozeman compares when it comes to having a straightforward and caring relationship with their customers. Every other dealership that I have ever had an encounter with really needs some Mark Miller Toyota training in how car buying ought to be! More

Came in to buy my lease out and was there for 2 hours when I had an appointment. The finance person I work with was so rude and condescending.
