My car was making a strange noise at certain speeds. The service department went above and beyond to find the problem. They fixed it and didn't charge me for it. They explained it to me. 3rd car purchased from Mark Miller. I shopped at several other dealerships, and thought I had to buy used to fit my price range. I researched Costco pricing, and literally had a salesman I shopped at several other dealerships, and thought I had to buy used to fit my price range. I researched Costco pricing, and literally had a salesman follow me to my car when I walked away from their “talk to my sales manager” game. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Shane Killpack! Shane explained how Mark Miller provides their best price without the games. The price I got from Mark Miller was better than the quote I received from Costco. Shane found a 2018 Crosstrek that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and hadn’t even arrived from the factory. The car arrived two days earlier than expected, and we were in and out completing the entire financing process in less than one hour! More
Service center visit Had to bring car BACK in after an oil change, because the cabin filter was not inserted all the way, by the lube dept, allowing for cold air to come i Had to bring car BACK in after an oil change, because the cabin filter was not inserted all the way, by the lube dept, allowing for cold air to come inside the cabin from the engine department and the passenger seat person would get blasted with the cold air. Inside of car would not warm up, with temperatures at 22 degrees outside even after 30 minutes of running ON HIGH HEAT at full blast. I believe the lube person was rushing to finish several cars at the same time on the previous visit. The service representative was very helpful at checking the filter and fixing the problem. They even washed my car. I really Like Mark Miller Midtown. 99.9% of the time I receive excellent service. More
