Your glass tech was very helpful and professional. I ordered a part and they were awesome. Even the gal that made me a latte was great. I hung out for 3 hours waiting for the car and I have to say I was blown away by the obvious fact that every employee seemed to have great job satisfacton. Kudos. When I can retire as a firefighter maybe you guys can carve out a niche for me. Thank you to the Subaru team. And you can tell it’s a real team. More

Bleu and gang I can't help but recommend this place. Not only because I'm a dog lover and they have Bleu, but also Because they stick behind their quoted prices. I can't help but recommend this place. Not only because I'm a dog lover and they have Bleu, but also Because they stick behind their quoted prices. I was told my total was $65 only for them to ring me up and have it $20 more expensive. The service manager came by and made adjustments to the bill to reflect the total I was first given instead of explaining why I was misquoted. To me, that is superior customer service. Only thing I would recommend is giving customers a free car wash with their service and/or a quick vacuum. They have gained themselves a new customer for as long as I live in Utah! More

Mark Miller Subaru advertises a "2-Day money back guarantee." The day after I drove the purchased car, I informed them in writing that I wanted my money, and of course, my old car, returned. They sold my trade-in within the first 36 hours or less. One salesman said one day, the service mgr said "the second day." If you lure people into your dealership with the promise of a two day period to get your money back, why would you sell the purchaser's vehicle way inside that 2 day period? That was forcing me to take a vehicle I could not trust, which had obvious problems, which became apparent on day 2. The trust level dropped to nothing. I kept all correspondence in writing. Either they sold my car or not, but after downgrading it, sold it immediately? I won't be the victim of strong-arm sales tactics. I really thought Mark Miller Subaru was a cut above the rest. Turns out they are all sharks. BUYER BEWARE. More

We are from out of town, and came in to purchase a car for our daughter at the university. They set her up with a used car and made the necessary repairs after their detailed inspection. They provided a loaner car until the car was ready after repairs and detailing. Top notch organization. More

I would always prefer paying less for a oil change, but their prices are equivalent or possibly less than other Subaru dealers across the country. Also, there service dates are within a day or two of my call. (I just moved from Vermont where an appointment for an oil change had to be made 2 or 3 weeks in advance.) More
