As I moved to Utah from Idaho, I needed a new registration and vehicle license plates for my leased Subaru Forester which is not an easy task to do for the first time. So I went to Mark Miller Su registration and vehicle license plates for my leased Subaru Forester which is not an easy task to do for the first time. So I went to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown - S. Towne and met with Marianne N. (Office Manager) who was very knowledgeable and highly professional. She assisted me and took me through the entire process with patience, thoroughness and genuine courtesy to finally be able to apply for a new state registration. I am really impressed with Marianne’s confidence and outstanding customer service. Thank you very much for your time and remarkable assistance. More
Service rep lied to me about replacing my 3 month old battery they installed after it had to be recharge 3 times in the past week. They instead recharged the old battery and said it was ok. My wife ha battery they installed after it had to be recharge 3 times in the past week. They instead recharged the old battery and said it was ok. My wife had taken it in and they stated over the phone that there was a recall for telematics system that is draining the battery so they just removed fuse and recharged my damaged battery. So much for honesty and customer service Carlos (service rep) More
They said they did oil change but I don't think they did! My car is saying maintenance due, and according to the dealers sticker I should have about 2 to 3,000 more miles. When I bought the car it said it on My car is saying maintenance due, and according to the dealers sticker I should have about 2 to 3,000 more miles. When I bought the car it said it only had 60% oil life left. I took a trip to Denver and back and then drove around town a little and it started saying it needed maintenance like a week or 2 ago. I feel this dealer should do what they said and do an oil change on it!! More
My response to a text follow up from a 2nd service due to vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the ci vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the circumstances. With that said I am still wondering what I paid almost $700 for in May. The inspection and recommended services differ tremendously. I appreciate the attempt to make things right but has not given me any added confidence in having my vehicle serviced at this location. I am not able to honestly recommend anyone seek out service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More
I have a 2019 Subaru Accent, today went in for a simple oil change and Emissions done because their computer couldn't read the OBD they Blamed the after-market remote start that I had put in about 3 years oil change and Emissions done because their computer couldn't read the OBD they Blamed the after-market remote start that I had put in about 3 years ago that was working flawlessly, they have me remove the Remote Start including all wiring went back again the same problem OBD not working. At this point, they told me that the aftermarket remote start fried the computer. They think that I am stupid, have No Check engine, and run well for bad or fried computers. More

Had our Subaru towed in because the timing belt broke. Service manager told us it would need a new motor. When the timing belt breaks it ruins the motor. After being jacked around for 3 months, trying Service manager told us it would need a new motor. When the timing belt breaks it ruins the motor. After being jacked around for 3 months, trying to get to a point for repair. First is was going to be 12,000.00 then they said it had after market parts on it and they would not warranty it. They said the only way they would fix it is if we put it back to stock. Now the price tage went up more. After 3 months we contacted a performance shop and they told us to get your shop to replace the belt. Then see what happens. They did that and it runs.. This is after we spent 2500.00 in uber, lyft and paying friends gas for running us around for 3 months. Then to top it off they charged $1200.00 about 300.00 more than they told us. There is much more. Right now we need some compensation for what we are out. Would love to meet with manager. Thanks Brokecustomer More
